I ordered my Tonal in January. I was told shipping would be 12 weeks. I received an email and info my unit would ship on April 26th. Suddenly the date has changed to May 10th. No communication from Tonal, not even an email. Poor customer service. When you are paying the price that they charge, they should keep you in the loop every step of the way. I am planning on canceling my order. If they don't communicate with you prior to getting your Tonal and before they get your money, how bad will the communication be once they have your money.
This company is not customer friendly and from right after the sale, the customer means nothing.
Tonal - They Just Don't Care Customer Experience
It took 167 days to order, install and remove the unit
Pleas to CMO in vain 6 LinkedIn messages to the CMO and ver 10 emails to support Tonal went unheard
Tonal held almost $4500 of my money since July 5th
When COVID hit and we realized going to the gym may not be an option for quite some time we decided to find something we could all do at home. Tonal is kind of expensive but when I figured that 4 of us would be using it regularly it wasn't too much more than a year's gym membership would cost us. Lots of options and workouts to choose from and it gets the job done.
